Clinical Services
Clinical Services such as Childhood, Adolescent, and Adult Immunizations, Tuberculosis Screening, Pregnancy Testing, HIV Testing, Blood Pressure Evaluation, and Sexually Transmitted Infection testing are offered Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. by appointment. Please call for further information or to make an appointment.
Child Health Services
Well Child physicals, School Physicals including Pre-school physicals and Sports Physicals are available by appointment.
Communicable Diseases
Services include information on communicable diseases, investigations of suspected disease outbreaks, and preventive treatment for certain diseases. Outbreak investigations can be for suspected food or waterborne diseases, bioterrorism events, and contagious diseases spread to humans by either animals or other persons.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
