1. Neurology
2. Dermatology
3. Ophthalmology and Optometry
• Laboratory testing, X-Rays, Imaging & Ultrasound services necessary for diagnosis & treatment
• Referral to Riverside County Regional Medical Center when complex services or treatment is medically necessary
Eligibility:
Adults only; Uninsured; Low-income (no greater than 200% of Poverty Guidelines).
To provide free primary medical care and related healthcare services to low-income and uninsured adult residents of the Coachella Valley and greater Morongo Basin.
