STARTING October 1, 2016 - DENTAL SERVICES for Children and Adults (Ontario location)
PCHC provides a wide variety of dental services for children and adults to help your family prevent and treat dental disease. Let us help you maintain a happy and healthy smile.
HOW YOU CAN MAINTAIN A HEALTHY SMILE:
Brush with fluoride toothpaste twice a day for two minutes each time, and floss once a day
Children should have their first dental visit by six months of age. Preventing cavities in the baby teeth will assist in the development of healthy adult teeth.
Adults should have a dental examination at least once a year.
Avoid sugary drinks. Drinking soda pop or sports drinks nearly doubles the risk of cavities in children.
Children can have cavities prevented with regular fluoride treatments and sealants (thin plastic coatings that are applied to the grooves on the chewing surfaces of the back teeth to protect them from tooth decay).
Drink tap water instead of bottle water. Drinking or cooking with tap water helps prevent cavities by providing protective fluoride to the teeth.
SERVICES WE OFFER TO HELP YOU MAINTAIN A HEALTHY SMILE:
Preventative treatments (including Fluoride varnishes and Sealants)
Examinations
Emergency dental treatment
General and Deep Cleanings

In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
