• 24 hour on-call coverage
• Prenatal and obstetrical care
• Family planning
• Lab services
• General Dentistry

• Mental health services
• Health education
• Chronic disease management for patients with diabetes, hypertension and asthma
• Breast exam screening
• Nutrition Counseling
• Referral to specialty care
  

Accepts those insured through Medi-Cal or who are uninsured or underinsured. Offers a sliding fee scale.

Hours:

• Mon Fri: 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Saturdays: 8:30am to 3:00pm
• Closed: 12:30pm to 1:30pm
