This facility is a psychosocial rehabilitative program which specializes in community integration. Their goal is to assist mental health clients with achieving their optimal level of functioning while leading successful productive lives in their community.

This facility serves clients with serious and persistent mental illness. Major insurances are accepted, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. There is staff available to discuss payment plans for their clients and their families.
