This clinic is dedicated to improving the quality of life for impoverished, uninsured residents of Aiken County by providing ongoing healthcare in a professional setting. Services that this clinic provides includes: Primary care, Medications & Diabetic Supplies, Diabetic Education for Patients, Referral to laboratory and diagnostic testing, Referral to some specialty care - limited, and Flu Vaccines.
Qualify
In order to qualify as a patient at CMCAC, you must be an Aiken County resident, (b) not covered by Medicare, Medicaid or Veterans benefits or any other medical or prescription drug insurance, (c) you cannot be a patient of another clinic, and (d) household income has to be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
The first step is to contact the clinic for a mini-screening and to schedule a screening appointment. An appointment can be scheduled after the screening process is completed and qualification is approved.
Screenings
Patient screenings are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Please call 803-226-0630 to schedule an appointment.
Appointments
Office visits are scheduled for every 3-4 months or as frequently as necessary to stabilize a patient.
