Monday: 4:30pm-6:00pm
Tuesday: By appointment
1st and 3rd Tuesdays: 4:30pm- 6:00pm (Diabetes Clinic)
Wednesday: By appointment
Thursday: 3:30pm-7:00pm (ID and Pharmacy Pick-up)
Mental Health Counseling by appointment
Friday: CLOSED
Saturday: 8:30am-10:30am

Our Free Clinic helps citizens in Greenwood and surrounding counties who have no medical insurance or healthcare provider.
 
Serving Greenwood, Laurens, Edgefield, Abbeville, McCormick, Newberry, and Saluda Counties
 
 
We provide the following:
 
    Primary Medical Home services
    Diabetes Clinic
    Women Clinics
    Mental Health Counseling
    Pharmacy (in partnership with Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy)
    Case Management
