This site operates with one primary care provider with several medical support personnel. They arre unique in that it is the only medical practice in the city limits of Blackville. Their goal is to provide a medical home for the residents of the Blackville community and to refer patients when necessary to neighboring specialty practices.
Their mission is to provide quality, accessible, and comprehensive primary care services to the population of Allendale and surrounding counties, as well as continue to develop new services in an effort to meet the needs of their medically underserved community. As part of their mission, they also commit to providing clinical education to health professions students for the purpose of providing a rural experience in a medically underserved area.
