New Horizon Family Dental Care is pleased to offer a full range of quality preventative and restorative services to adults and children.  Our highly trained team of professional dentists, hygienists and support staff delivers affordable family dental care to our community at our permanent dental practice, and on our mobile dental unit that visits schools, churches, community centers and other locations throughout the area.

Can I be seen for free?

No. We do not offer free services.  A sliding fee discount is available to patients who qualify, based on income and family size.  Proof of income required. You may apply for sliding-fee discount at the front desk. To qualify for the sliding fee scale, bring the 3 most recent paycheck stubs or most recent tax return.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.     I have not used New Horizon Family Dental Care but was aware of it's existence. I don't believe they offer the service I need. I'm on Medicare as a young person and I didn't qualify for Medicaid last year. The nature of my dental problems are caused by side effects from necessary medications for medical health.
