Eligible recipients must live in the Northern Hills and not qualify for Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans ssistance, Native American assistance or private insurance. Plus meet eligibility guidelines.

GSC offers free quality medical care to the financially eligible Northern Hills residents, ages 19 to 64, who cannot afford medical care, do not have personal health insurance and do not qualify for other medical assistance.  Almost 50% of the GSC patients have serious chronic illnesses that if left untreated, would magnify their health care issues thus contributing to the even more siginificant costs to society and health care entities.
