Patients who do not qualify for Healthy San Francisco, Medi-Cal, Medicare, or Family PACT may qualify for the sliding fee discount program.

Hours:

Monday Thursday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Friday & Saturday
8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
