Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 5:30PM - 8PM. Appointments begin at 6PM

This is a FREE CLINIC and there is no charge for services.

Services: 
Provides medical treatment for non-emergent conditions. These include:
    Acute illnesses (flu, colds, etc.)
    Work and sports physical exams
    Simple hypertension
    Diabetic care
    Simple depression
    Womens Health (Annual Exams, etc.)
    STD testing
    Endocrinology
    Behavioral Health
    Lab Services

At this time we are unable to provide:
    Immunizations
    On-site Prescription drugs
    Chronic pain treatment

Requirements:
All care is provided free of charge (although donations are gratefully accepted). There are no eligibility requirements. No income, insurance, or geographic restrictions apply. Priority is given to patients without health insurance. Demographic statistical information is requested.
