The Medina Clinic, founded in 2009, is a charitable organization dedicated to providing low cost outpatient medical care as a community service to the residents of Jackson county, Missouri, and surrounding areas. We see patients for consultations regarding a range of medical conditions. By offering basic outpatient services at a discounted flat fee, access to a primary care provider for consultation services and prescriptions are available to the public-at-large, particularly for those lacking health insurance coverage.
The Medina Clinic offers quality care at an affordable cost to its patients. Certified physicians see newborn to adult patients for a variety of non-emergency, acute and chronic health care needs, which include the services listed below. If you would like to be seen for a service not listed below, please contact us to determine if we can still see you.
All office visits are for a flat fee of $15 per visit. We do not accept any form of health insurance payments at this time nor do we carry any medications on-site. When needed, prescriptions for discounted medications and/or low-cost labs will be made out to the patient.
We do not carry or prescribe any narcotics at the clinic.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
