Transfer Health Center offers family medicine and behavioral health services.
Family Medicine is a division of Primary Care that provides continuing and comprehensive healthcare for the individual and family across all ages, sexes, diseases, and parts of the body.
The Primary Health Network accepts all patients, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
