Primary Care Medical services- medical care for children and adults of all ages
Obstetrics and Gynecology- pre-natal care for you and your unborn child , women's health issues
Pain management-post operative, cancer related, degenerative disease managed medically and through lifestyle changes
Addiction and substance abuse treatment and Suboxone Program
Dental services-preventative, fillings and other dental work, cleaning
Nutritional services- helping you eat healthier and maintain an appropriate weight
Medical social services- we can help those who are to be discharged from a hospital but require more in-home medical and social assistance such as meals, medications, and more.
Case management-A coordinated effort among many health care providers to ensure complete and effective care of an individual's physical, mental and social needs during recovery of illness or injury.
Pharmacy-discounted pharmacy in the office for savings and convenience for our patients
Behavioral health- Diagnoses and treatment for all types of Mental health issues from anxiety, depression,self esteem issues, weight related issues, impulse control issues and relationship difficulties.
