UNINSURED/SELF-PAY PATIENTS
Patients without insurance ("self-pay") are requested to make a $66 payment prior to being seen. They offer a Self-Pay Discount of 30% for payment rendered on the date of service. Your deposit will be deducted from your total should you choose to make your payment in full upon checkout.



*NOTE: This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. As an approved site of the National Health Service Corps, they also offer a sliding fee scale, where discounts for essential services are offered depending upon family size and income.
