Very rude, they didnt even tell me my diagnosis on both ears hurting, acted like they didn't care.
I have been to this clinic.I needed medical care. I paid based on my income (sliding-scale). The staff was friendly. I waited less than 10 minutes. I am very pleased with the care I have received at this clinic. The staff was professional and courteous and thoroughly answered any questions I had . I have never had to wait too long for an appointment and they did not make the process crazily difficult to figure out if I would be free or pay a reduced amount. You just need to bring proof of my address, income or lack thereof, proof of identity and fill out the forms. My fee turned out yo be 25.00 and whenever I've had blood tests that typically can cost $100-300.00 elsewhere and more - the cost of that has been 25.00 and they will work with you if you really need a test but have to spread out your payments for it. They also can connect you with Dental Services and further care at Meharry Hospital should you need their services .Overall the clinic is a godsend for those financially strapped for whatever reason, My N.P. is Mary Prisco and she is great .
