I have been to this clinic. I have been seen for Medical including Women's Health. I paid, but with a discount. The staff was friendly. I waited less than 30 minutes. I do not have insurance, but make too much to go to the health dept.I did not have $100-$30 to be seen in a walk-in clinic. I was very sick and a friend suggested that I call this clinic. She heard that it was free. I was very nervous. I knew nothing about this place, and no one had even heard about it. I went in and was very comfortable and was able to speak freely about what was wrong with me. I was charged $25 for office visit, and about $11 for blood work. I am so glad I went and was pleasantly surprised with how nice and friendly the staff are. Danielle Stamps, NP is the best. I am now taking my family there as well. I recommend this place to anyone needing medial attention.
I have been to this clinic.I needed dental care. This clinic was completely free. The staff was friendly. I waited less than 10 minutes. I had already saw a Dentist Lebanon plus an Oral Surgeon in Nashville. I was very happy with Dr. Sabrina and the staff. I was given a referal to Meharry Dental program and was told to come back to be fitted for dentures. My husband and I are both on SS, so it is hard to be able to afford the care I need due to other health problems. I would highly recommand to anybody who is in need of medical or dental help to call and find out all the info you need....Thank you Dr. Sabrina and your staff. M.L.Francisco 6-1-2017
