Not a free clinic, If you do not have insurance, you may qualify for a sliding fee discount based on household income.
The sliding fee covers your visit with a doctor or medical provider of your choice and basic labs and X-rays that are performed on site.
To qualify, bring a form of proof of income, such as your most current tax return, bank statement, check stub, food stamp card or documents showing the amount of assistance you receive, or income from disability, social security or unemployment.
In addition, please bring a government issued photo ID. If you do not have these items at the time of your first visit, you will need to provide them as soon as possible to prevent being billed.
