Rural Medical Services, Inc. (RMS) is a Community Health Center serving Cocke and Jefferson Counties, Tennessee and surrounding areas. RMS has five primary care clinics which are located in Newport, Cosby, Parrottsville, Grassy Fork and Chestnut Hill.
Services are available in both Spanish and English and include prenatal care and delivery at the Tennova Newport Medical Center. Other services offered are well child checks, immunizations, family planning and sick care.
RMS also has a Migrant Health Program which provides health education and outreach to farmworkers including home visits to prenatal patients and outreach clinics at farms and farmworker housing areas.
