The Troup Cares Free Clinic provides a large range of services to their patients, including:

Clinic hours: Mon- Thurs 8:30am - 12:00pm and 1:30pm - 5:00pm
Requirements:
- Troup County Resident (6 months)
- Employed for at least 30 consecutive days
- Employed within the last 6 months
- Drawing unemployment
- Between the ages of 19-64
- No Health Care Coverage Available
- At or Below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
- USA Citizen or in Country with Valid Visa or Permit
- Valid Identificaiton
- Verification of Income

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
