Greater Texoma Health Clinic provides low-cost primary medical care to eligible residents of Grayson County, Texas, who lack health insurance coverage. The Clinic serves not only the uninsured but also the underserved.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Grayson County resident
adult, or child at least two months old
not covered by insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare
does not exceed the gross annual income limit:
$20,000 for households of one person
$40,000 for households of two or more people
Proof of Residency:
Utility bill
Phone bill
Lease agreement
The clinic provides the following services:
- Preventive medicine
- Prescription assistance program
- Physical examinations
- Treatment of minor and non-emergency illnesses
- Monitoring of chronic health problems
- Limited dental evaluations and referrals
- Referrals to other resources
The clinic does not prescribe any Schedule IV drugs or narcotics and does not have narcotics on site.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
