Parkland Financial Assistance (PFA) is a program to help Dallas County residents pay for their health care services at Parkland. Patients must qualify based on information such as income and household size.
To quality for Parkland Financial Assistance, Parkland requires recent proof of:
    Dallas County Residency
    Identification
    Income
    Number of people in your household

Hours:
Monday - Thursday | 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (acute care)

Parkland's deHaro-Saldivar Health Center provides health care to children, adults and seniors. These services include physicals, immunizations, preventive care check-ups, sick visits, chronic disease management and urgent care.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
