Parkland Financial Assistance (PFA) is a program to help Dallas County residents pay for their health care services at Parkland. Patients must qualify based on information such as income and household size.
To quality for Parkland Financial Assistance, Parkland requires recent proof of:
    Dallas County Residency
    Identification
    Income
    Number of people in your household

The Parkland Family Medicine Clinic provides health care to children, adults and seniors. These services include physicals, preventive care check-ups, chronic disease management, sick visits and urgent care. The clinic is the primary training site for the Parkland/UTSWMC Family Medicine Residency Program.

Monday, Thursday & Friday | 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday | 7:30 a.m. - noon
Wednesday | 7:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday | Closed

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
