HEALTHCARE AND DENTAL SERVICES
Covenant with Christ Community Services and Indigent Healthcare Center is a two-part initiative to meet the needs of our local community and surrounding areas while improving the quality of life, healthcare and health education of the region.
The Indigent Healthcare Clinic is a charitable clinic and that provides free medical care for individuals without health insurance.
The clinic provides a wide scope of services, minor and urgent care for adults and children. Physical exams, cholesterol and diabetes screening, In-house laboratory testing (moderate complexity) and healthcare education forums and training.
We provide free pregnancy tests which will assist with getting early prenatal care to mothers in crisis. Signing them up for Medicaid to those that qualify and then connecting them to a local Obstetrician. We also have parenting classes and family support groups at the service center to follow up with the expectant mothers.
HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS
Patients are allowed and initial visit and then our neighboring community service center will connect them with the available health insurance programs that they may qualify for. Then we follow up by connecting them with a local primary care provider to continue their care. If they do not qualify for any type of assistance, we will continue to see them until their situation changes.
In our area there is no hospital/emergency room for 23 miles and more. We are in a rural underserved area and most people drive 7-10 miles just to get to the local grocer. So in some cases families have no access to healthcare within a 50-mile radius.
These services will improve the overall quality of health and wellness in our community.
Healthcare 'We rely on donations to operate; we ask that patients attempt to make a donation for the services provided to you. However, services will not be denied if you are unable to make a donation. Suggested donation is $20.00 A donation of any amount will be appreciated.

In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
