I AM TRYING TO GET SOCIAL SECURITY AND OR DISABILITY A.S.A.P. I HAVE NOT WORKED IN ALMOST A YEAR. MY DR. DIAGNOSED ME WITH A KIDNEY INFECTION WITHOUT ANY URINE CULTURES,SAMPLES ETC. I WAS THEN PARALYZED FOR OVER A WEEK. COULD NOT MOVE MY HIPS, BACK,LEGS ,ETC. DR TREATED ME WITH CIPRO WHICH I HAD TO DRINK A LITER OF WATER WITH EACH PILL. I COULD NOT GET OUT OF BED TO URINATE WITHOUT EXTREME PAIN.
