Hours of Operation: 8 a.m.- 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.- 5 p.m. Monday- Thursday

Primary Health Care provides health care services for men and women whose family income is 25% to 150% of the Federal Poverty Level.  Services include medical visits, limited prescriptions, limited dental, health screening, monitoring of blood pressure and blood sugar, health risk profile, preventive health education, and other referral services.

Counties Served: Bastrop, Blanco, Caldwell, and Hays
