GPCH, in recognition of patient need, created a clinic inside the hospital near the emergency room, as an alternative to the emergency room. Our Affordable Care Clinic (ACC) offers extended hours for patients who work and have a non-emergent condition. Emergent conditions are defined by State and Federal regulations to be life threatening at that moment and time. As humans, we often think our condition is an emergency because it is our situation and it is what is most important to us. We recognize that at GPCH and will do our best to accommodate your needs, but still we need to prioritize care based on State and Federal regulations of which we are measured against. We also do not turn away patients for care, but our ACC and Emergency Room are not free services.
Services:
Primary Health Care, Family Planning (Women 18 years and older), Breast and Cervical Cancer (Women 18 years and older)
