Services: Medical Care: primary care is offered for people of all ages, from newborn to seniors. Includes well-child visits, women’s health, family planning, annual physicals, chronic disease management, sick care, and more, Prenatal Care: family medical providers provide basic early prenatal care is offered to pregnant women with low risk pregnancies. Referral options available for late prenatal care, deliveries, and high risk conditions, Counseling: provides counseling services for mild-to-moderate mental health conditions, such as depression, seen commonly in primary care, Dental Care: dentists and dental hygienists provide basic dental services from cleanings to tooth extractions. There are some denture services available by contract, as well.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
