The service area has been designated as a Medically Under-served Area, Health Professional Shortage Area and a Medically Under-served Population. The clinic maintains three service sites and provides services such as pharmacy, laboratory, social services, family planning, HIV/AIDS testing and counseling, health education, nutrition counseling, WIC, transportation assistance, immunizations, and obstetrics.
The clinic also has programs in place for specialist physician referrals, dental referrals, and referrals for substance abuse and mental health counseling.
We also have Dental services at each of the clinics. We offer unconventional hours at each of our sites to meet the needs of the population we serve.
