  • The north Texas Indian physicians charitable foundation operates two times a month an out patient clinic which services approximately 20 to 30 patients each time.

  • The clinic offers free general and basic primary health.

  • If minor lab work is required it offers that at a discounted lab fee.

  • In addition health education, travel health advice, primary immunization and prescriptions for drugs (not available at clinic) are provided.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

I have been to this clinic.I needed medical care. This clinic was completely free. The staff was friendly. I waited less than 1 hour My husband & I were both without insurance at the time and needed to see a doctor. We were told by a friend about this clinic and felt we should at least give it a try (we had nothing to lose.) We were one of the few American's in the waiting room but never did we feel unwelcome. The staff and doctors were very helpful and pleasant at all times. We made a few visits and each time made a monetary donation to the clinic for all they do for the community. Without places like this there would be many people not getting the medical help they need. Thank you for all your do!
