Hours: Mondays through Fridays 9am - 5pm.
Dental services are available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8am-5pm; on Tuesday from 10am to 7pm and on Friday from 8am-Noon.. How to Access Services:Call for an appointment. Apply at the clinic to the sliding fee scale. Proof of income is required.

Haysi Clinic offers family health care. Care is provided to children, adolescent, women's health and geriatrics care. Also available are assistance in obtaining medicine, x-ray services, patient education, behavioral counseling and dental services. Behavioral Health counseling is offered one day per week by a licensed Clinical Social worker. Respiratory therapist is typically available one day per week.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
