Services provided at this center include: Adult & Geriatric Medicine, Pediatric Care, Adolescent Care, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Laboratory, X-rays, Minor Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Telemedicine, Hospitalization, Transportation, Slide Fee Scale for Qualified Patients, and Mt. Rogers Medication Assistance Program (MAP).
This organization is governed by a community board and their site is a not-for-profit Community Health Centers. This site is a fee-for-service practice just like any doctor's office. To assist the site in providing access to medical, behavioral health, and dental care to all residents regardless of income, SVCHS receives an annual grant from the U.S. Public Health Service.
