Cornerstone Medical Services is a non-profit health clinic that provides affordable and quality multidisciplinary health and social services.
Team of family practitioners, acupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, ARNPs, nurses, and pharmacists offers services in family medicine, internal medicine, womens health, pediatrics, geriatrics, and acupuncture.
Uninsured or low-income families, with proof of income, can receive free or discounted healthcare.
Sliding Fee Scale Discounts and Free Service Qualifications:
Uninsured patients with proof of family income of 200% below average.
Uninsured patients with income of 200% above average can receive up to 60% discounts depending on the income bracket.
Patients with stduent visas (F-Visa) or exchange visitor visas (J-Visa), or those visiting the US for less than 3 months are not qualified.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
