Weekly clinic every Tuesday evening from 6:00pm-8:00pm.
We will continually assess our care and community needs, making adjustments to our delivery of services to best serve the Palouse. While we hope to be able to add to our services, this list should help outline what we can provide to patients we serve:
We absolutely DO NOT supply or prescribe narcotics.
We only perform non-invasive procedures
Refer patients to area specialists for treatments that are beyond our scope of care.
As follow-up care is a priority, we will help connect patients to regular primary care providers whenever possible.
Whenever possible, we will strive to provide patients with prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and medical supplies. If we are unable to provide these items, we refer them to low-cost options.
Since this is a sliding fee scale clinic, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the The Palouse Free Clinic (PFC) website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
