Wayland Health Center offers Family Medicine and Primary Care, including:

• routine check-ups
• physicals
• preventive care
• health education

They see patients of all ages, including young children and older adults, regardless of ability to pay.

A Sliding Fee Discount Program is offered that allows all patients to receive healthcare services at a reduced cost based on income and family size.
