Provides specialty medical care to adults (working or unemployed) between the ages of 18 and 64, who have a Medicaid Denial Letter dated 6 months or less, who are residents of Lake County, Florida, and meet the program's financial eligibility qualifications.
Applicants must not have medical insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, Medically Needy Share of Cost
