The Westside Free Medical Clinic serves people 18 years and older who are unable to afford routine health care. Professional volunteers provide limited primary care, diabetic eye exams and ear, nose and throat, physical therapy, dermatology, pharmacy and chiropractic services. Screenings, health-related educational workshops and outside referrals for behavioral health and dental services are also offered. Spanish interpreters are available. Services are by appointment only.
Pharmacy services are available to established clinic patients only.
In addition, Westside is one of the only free clinics in central Arkansas that offers services specifically in Spanish to assist Arkansas' growing Hispanic population.
The clinic frequently conducts prevention and awareness workshops to encourage patients to play an active role in their own health and well-being.
Westside Free Medical Clinic is the oldest free clinic in the Diocese of Little Rock. It was founded in 1970 and has adapted to changing health needs of the community. In 2002, a clinic for Spanish-speaking patients was established with bilingual professionals and interpreters.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
