Westside Samaritans Clinic is a no-fee clinic. Patients must meet income guidelines set by the federal government and have no other medical insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. To make an appointment, call us at (352) 505-9101 x402. We currently offer the following services:
    Primary Care
    Chronic Diseases, such as diabetes or high blood pressure
    Mental Health
We are unable to offer dental services at this time.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

    I was diagnosed schizophrenia 20 years back and was on Geodon, Ability, and Lorazepam for all these years. Recently I have lost tremendous weight and feel dizzy. I can't stand for a long time. I feel extremely week although my food intake is ok and sleep is ok. My legs hurt a lot and they are painful at night.

    a history of anxiety, was on lorazapan for years my phyciatrist retired. I have had part of my leg amputated and haven't worked for 6 months. I have to go back in the hospital to address vascular problem with my other leg. My mother is sick. I have no income coming in . need to talk to someone
