Free Clinic of Pierce and St. Croix Counties provide primary health care and preventative health education to the residents of Pierce and St Croix Counties who have no health care alternative.
Eligibility:
- Unisured
- Meet income requirements
- Seeking care that is within the scope of available services
Services:
- Acute conditions such as strep throat, ear infections, respiratory illnesses
- Chronic health conditions such as hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid conditions and diabetes
Hours:
Tuesday - doors open at 4:15 p.m.
Medication refills need to be picked up by 7:45 p.m.
Do not arrive before 4:15 pm
Registration begins at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday evenings.
No appointments.
Patients are seen on a walk-in basis. Up to 25 patients can be seen each week by a Health Care Provider.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
