Run in partnership with Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, the Angel of Hope Clinic provides low-cost health care, examinations, treatment, and linkage services to adults and children within the community who are homeless, at risk for homelessness, or from lower-income households. Angel of Hope fills part of the gap for treating basic health needs for populations that are generally under-treated or at-risk for more serious medical needs.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
