Family Planning:
Free or low-cost birth control. Fees based on number in household and income. Please call for an appointment.
Immunization Walk In Clinic:
Every Thursday between 9-11 am and 1-3 pm. Call for an appointment; bring a copy of your current shot records please. To view a current immunization schedule click here.
Adult Immunizations:
Hepatitis A, and B, Meningitis, Flu and Pneumonia Vaccine, Shingles Vaccine and Tetanus. Call for an appointment. Who Should get a tetanus?
Chest X-Ray Clinic:
This clinic is for positive tuberculin skin test and active tuberculosis case follow-up. Call for an appointment.
Sexually Transmitted Disease/HIV Testing:
Free testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C. We now also offer FREE rapid oral HIV testing (Oraquick) with results in 20 minutes. No blood test- only a mouth swab. Call for an appointment.
TB clinic hours:
Tests are given Mondays 9-11 am, Tuesdays 1-3 pm, and Fridays 9-11 am and 1-3pm. Adults must return in 3 days to have the test read between 8:30am and 4:00pm. Children in school k-12 may have the test read by their school nurse.
Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program
This program is for women who no longer have a need for birth control; must be 25 years old or older. Fee is income based. Call for an appointment.
Epidemiology Surveillance Program:
The Health Department investigates all communicable diseases in the county. To learn more click here
Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm:
Cholesterol testing, glucose testing, hemoglobin testing, blood pressure testing, and head lice checks. Cholesterol and glucose testing should be fasting. Cholesterol testing is not broken down to HDL or LDL.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
