PCC is here to serve people who may not have normal access to health care, either because of distance or economics. We are glad to be able to help our neighbors, and we treat all patients alike, regardless of their class, race, age, gender or handicapped status.
We have a Sliding Scale program that can be used at all health center locations as well as a pharmacy program that is valid at Pill Box locations in Franklin and Harman. The Sliding Scale program reduces the cost of care to our patients and is based on Federal poverty levels. Patients with insurance can also benefit from this program as discounts can be applied to deductibles and co-payments. If you qualify for this program, you will have a set fee for doctor visits. If you have no insurance, then you will also receive a discount at our Pharmacy.
Since this is a sliding fee scale clinic, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the Pendleton Community Care website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care.
Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023
Persons In Family Household | Poverty Guideline Salary per year |
---|

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
