Mission Statement
The mission of the organization is to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to the residents of our four-county service area of Preston, Taylor, Tucker, and Grant Counties regardless of their ability to pay. This is accomplished through the provision of primary care services that are culturally sensitive and relevant to the needs of the community.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
